For those who like to learn, being in workshops with others is a rewarding experience. It can complement one-on-one coaching, and it can also be a great stand-alone learning event.

You can gain valuable skills, and have your current ways of thinking challenged.

With new skills and new ways of looking at what is going on, we are better able to face the challenges of today's volatile, uncertain world. And we are better able to identify new opportunities to move ourselves, and our organizations, forward.

I facilitate workshops through my Agile Leadership Journey Guide certification, my training with Crafted Leadership, and also offer Satir-based trainings that I have developed. I am available to customize a training to fit your needs as well.

Next Available: October 26

Willy, Head of Decentralization

Josh is an excellent trainer and facilitator. He highlights lessons with real experiences from those willing to share. In the workshops I've attended, everyone left with changes they can make to improve themselves and their orgs.

I can directly tie an increase in my ability to learn and grow to training with Josh. As a result I am better able to lead teams and technical efforts to successful outcomes.

An engineer by training, I was first introduced to human systems as a field of study and the work of Virginia Satir in 2000. That year I attended a Satir-based Family Reconstruction workshop conducted by Steven Young, one of Satir's formal students before she died in 1988. Since then, I have attended or facilitated over 400 days of personal growth, career development, and leadership trainings around the world. I am a leadership coach, and hold a Bachelors in Physics and a Masters in Organizational Leadership. I am an Agile Leadership Journey Guide and have studied extensively with Crafted Leadership. I am always excited to share the tools of discovery that I have used to help others, and myself.
